I have some hearing in the high ranges. After the adjustment the quality was fantastic. For the first time in a long time the very high notes sounded clear and realistic. Voices are great. The overall sound is lovely. My source is tv to Auris Bluetooth transmitter and the quality is better than a wired connection to my headphone amplifier. The sound of full, smooth and warm. It sounds smooth like good analog sound. For music I find YouTube great for many choices. The voices on tv shows are now clear. This is a game changer for older people with hearing loss. Thanks for the 8 MKII. It brought the joy of music back for me. The app is easy to use, and the ability to save several profiles for different people is a nice feature. The controls on the headphones are easy to use. Great product.

Had these for about a year now and constantly impressed with the natural sound of voices and instruments, jazz, classical and lots of golden oldies. This seems to be a PSB trademark. The bass is fantastic, deep but not boomy. The personalization of the sound really helps to adjust the frequency response to my hearing which happens to be less sensitive on my left so this centers the image nicely and it's so easy to do with the phone app.
The one thing I would change would be to add additional or finer steps to the volume adjustment since on some music I would like something between two of the settings.
