I find these speakers create an instant exciting, warm atmosphere whether listening to music or watching films. They also make life easier if you want to run a turntable away from your main hifi (without adding an amp) with a sound that still wows. Very powerful and punchy. So much so that they are unlikely to be the main setup of audiophiles, but whoever buys these will surely use them regularly with great pleasure. Controls take some practice as you are toggling through coloured LEDs to know which mode you are in.

I purchased these as a desktop solution for my office and couldn't be happier. The sound quality put out by these speakers is amazing.
I compared them to a few other powered options and kept coming back to the AM3's.
I added some desktop speaker stands to the mix and everything looks and sounds perfect.

I received these speakers today and have started listening through BT and am blown away by the sound quality. It creates a perfect phantom center stereo image and punchy bass, especially when you start to crank them up. I can't imagine needing a sub for my setup. Very impressed and pleased with my purchase. Next step is running them from my WiiM mini > DAC > 3.5mm AUX input and getting them up on stands so they're at ear height.
